The sixth alley is the current via Budrio, once vicolo Calistri. It runs next to the Calistri palace. The door is made of renary rock and it contains a lot of plant and leaf patterns, while on the architrave you can read the writing “Solo Deo honor et gloria” with a coat of arms in the center which reproduces the symbols of a ashlar tower and three order of blackbirds, two eight-pointed stars, a cross band with waves patterns. On the windows of the façade of the Calistri palace and also in the side alley you can notice wonderful renary rock frames and a cornerstone with 1563 as the date of construction.

Inside the Calistri palace (probably from the Renaissance period) there are many interesting well-preserved frescoes that decorate the Gentiliza chapel.

From 1819 to 1879 the palace has been used as the headquarters of the city Hall of Fermignano and has hosted the first council of the Municipality set up after the independence from the Municipality of Urbino. Today the palace is private property, so is not possible to visit it.
